I would like to thank all of the cyclists who have call to see me ,sent messages,gifts and cards to me during my recent illness,it really means a lot to me and helps me forget and takes my mind off my illness , I really enjoyed yesterday with the visit of the midweek group who kept me in crack for a couple of hours ,really shortened the day and made me feel better,thanks
