Tuesday 6th August

a pleasant evening with Adrian (55), Ollie, Shane, Niall McK, John Mills, Conor H and myself.
Few gates shut today and a few other bikers on the tracks, but none the less all 7 of us spun round the woods for a warmup and then down the traditional route to Audleystown and back up past the courtyard. I have 16.3 miles on the clock so probably 11 for the users of the carpark.
