Anyone going out on Thursday cycling, Hayley was looking for someone to do a spin with for training. I am currently not cycling so would appreciate anyone who would accompany her on road spin?

Thanks Damian, Hayley has Track National championships this weekend. She done some power training today with an elevation about 7500 ft over 5 hours. Thursday would be good if you could do some moderate zone training ideally around Zone 3.5 to Zone 4, a couple hours would be good, to allow rest for weekend. I will leave route with you boss. Myself and Hayley really enjoyed watching you at the A3 National Championships in Omagh at the weekend. You really put in a strong cycle and it was great to see you finish in the bunch sprint. It really is amazing what you can achieve in one year! A big well done from the Priestley Family. Tracey would have been there only her father was over but passes on her congratulations on a good finish to the season. Kind Regards Robin
