Big thanks to Aidso for taking the trouble to organise a great day on the bike. The coffee stop was a hidden gem although stopping at the bottom of spelga and stuffing myself with jammy scones and litre of coffee didnt work for me. Felt very weird halfway up the climb....what she put in those scones

Looking accross Carlingford lough was a highlight and I'm all ears Max re a day out in that area for something different.
I have been notified that the Cycling Ulster AGM takes place on Sat 12th Oct at 1 O'Clock. Myself and Steve are going to attend. LLRCC are allowed three other club members to attend so if you are interested let me know and I will give you more details.
