Great day yesterday and another feather in the cap of La Lanterne Rouge.
A big thanx to everyone who pitched in with their help re all the tasks which had to be done to ensure a well organised day for our guests, further enhancing the reputation of our club. A real team effort so take a bow ye all
Think we had record numbers for this event with at least 160 cyclists so without your help it just would not have been possible.
Shows you don't have to be a top racing club to be a top cycling club.
I do not want to mention names as I am bound to forget someone, but I would particularly like to thank Robin,Tracey, Molly-Ann and pooch, who followed us around in the sportiest broom wagon I ever saw, which was really fantastic and gave us peace of mind if any competitors were stranded. A vital service for an event like this and noted by many of our visitors.
Also thanx to Gavin for the photos which we do not take enough of. Bohill really likes pain judging by that giant grin at the top of the 'wee hill'
