The Castle Espie run is ready to do and Mahee Island part will be pleasant in good weather. Went with Michael O'S today to test it out. Have got tickets for everyone for cheaper coffee and scones at the Bird Sanctuary cafe. So thats my suggestion.

Lovely spin today with another big turn out (22 I think), got home to Dundrum a little tired with 65 miles on the clock, thanks to Max for planning this route & also for sorting the special deal for our coffees/scones at Castle Espie.....in the words of wee Joe, 3 cheers for the Englishman :-)

Hope you all now know your varieties of ducks , geese and swans. Those of you who missed Mahee Island also missed a cunning little shortcut around Whiterock, only trouble was it included an 18% grade ! ( nearly Cornmill grade).

Great run out yesterday organised by Tom Tom Davies. After the coffee Shane Barney Adrian Colum and myself rotated in the wind via the lovely hills of whiterock and on out by Ringdufferin and home the main road to Dpk with approx 50 miles on the clock . Thanks Max .
