Happy new year folks and I hope we all have a safe and healthy 2014.
I would like to remind those members who have yet to sorted out their Cycling Ireland membership to do so ASAP.
While there has been some confusion as a result of Cycling Irelands new computer systems this does not mean you should neglect this issue.
Currently, despite frequent reminders, over thirty members are not covered by Cycling Ireland as membership expired on 31st of December. This means you are not insured while out on the road with fellow members.
It is your responsibility to address this situation by contacting CI directly to have your details updated (passwords etc).
Some members have recently passed their fees onto myself or Pat Davey. In the next few days, the club will pay those members fees by cheque. If you would like the club to arrange this for you, please have your CI fee with Pat Davey or myself by Sunday.
