I have started a road cycle group on Wednesday evenings. Last night myself, Niall Vinaccia, Stephen Armstrong, Marcus Chesney, Dylan McGarry and Damian Fegan cycled round the coast rotating throughout the run.
I must say well done to Niall, Stephen and Marcus Cavendish who showed a good level of base fitness. This might be something to do with their MTB activities.
We will be out again next Wednesday night if anybody would like to join us. The meet up points are as follows:
Dundrum Main Street outside Mourne Seafood at 6pm, Junction in Clough turning onto the Ballykinler Road at 6.15pm & Roundabout in Killough at 7pm.
