Much easier route than last week, though thats not difficult. New Line Rd Spa, Larchfield estate, pheasant inn, Crossan, Temple golf club (coffee) South of Ballygowan, Priests Bridge. B,sback along Carsons Rd and Listooder or Raffery. suggest A,s split at Priests Bridge and Killinchy Killyleagh. Hope to get Michael o's and dermot on outward part to guide A,s 42 miles relatively flat so all the new starters will be fine on this one Blue route connect.garmin.com/course/4493133

About 26 out though Aiden and Karen went off to Leitrim. rest out along New Line to McAuleys Lake at Spa where we split into 2 groups with Michael O'S guiding A's and me the B's. Out past the Larchfield and then round to Temple Golf Club. Sat sipping coffee and munching scones looking out over the course. Back via the lanes south of Ballygowan and then B,s back via Listooder and Drumaness. Nothing new or dramatic this week , just a very pleasant day in the sunshine with some hills but relaxing along country lanes and good conversation. 42 miles and 2600 feet climb

Max good route for both groups A,s had good and steady run via killyleagh. After Killyleagh the pace was a little faster at one stage cycling alongside a low flying Buzzard ? we were overtaking it until car disturbed its dinner options Group split at Bridge Strong cycling by all, all home safe
