Forecast looking a bit damp for weekend so Ardglass or Daft Eddies if we really have to. However if things pickup, have a more interesting and spikier route in mind going out west to build us up for Carlingford but will wait and see how weather develops. Trialled Carlingford with Michael O's , Brian B and Dermot yesterday. Have to say its a good days work and some very challenging cycling but lovely route. May be more like a 6 oclock ish return to do justice to route and a quick bite to eat at end. Just keeping fingers crossed on weather getting better , its definitely a good weather only run. Still looking to get that money in for bus, so if you have not paid yet would appreciate money this weekend.

Its finally stopped raining and tomorrow looks ok up till about 12 ish. So suggesting something close and short. Ballydugan church ballee, ballymurray ballyorgan kilclief ballyhornan across lanes down to Ardglass. Along country lanes and some we have not done very often if at all. 40 miles in all and pretty flat so fine for all B's. A's can do own thing or tap up to ballyculter at bishops Court and back down coast and meet up at Ardglass coffee stop and then do own thing home. Should only get wet in last hour coming home !! connect.garmin.com/course/7479309

mind you if weather looks ok could be persuaded to do hillier route as requested by the Rear Admiral John F so will have both routes to hand good to maybe give Robin a challenge on his tandem so it would be Ardglass/Ribadoo hill Slieve Connell Ballyroney and Hillyard 42miles about 2700 feet climb suitable for all 2 mins ยท Like

Wet on arrival at Brennans so chose to go out Ardglass. About 25 out, A's and B's split with B's Ballydugan Church Balee Kilclief Ballyhornan Ardglass. Joe who had gone out with the A's was accepted back to B,s for return. Back via Bright but again doing a few lanes not done before and by the state of them not by anyone else either. Weather turned out very well. On my garmin 40 miles 2000 feet climb. Will put up Carlingford details tomorrow
