Good spin tonight with Niall Vinacci, Marcus Chesney, Niall McKeown, Sammy Nixon, Stephen Armstrong, Damian Fegan, Peter Bohill, Hayley P, & Dylan McGarry. Great Cycle tonight and steady pace, a few choice words along the way but all friends at the end haha Just to let you all know (hearing me complain half the night about my foot) I did not actually have the insole in my right shoe, causing the problem which gradually got worse lol ;/
Great training spin though, enjoyed it.
