This week, I will return to the forest for some mud and manure spreading and hopefully successful tree avoidance.
lights charged, enthusiasm recovered and sense right out the window.
meet Tuesday evening at 7:15 carlin chapel for 7:30 start.

13 out last night including Molly-Anne and martin McCourts son, so hope for the future.
spin out round Mallard wood, then main trails, split into three groups, 2 nialls, 2 stephens and Johnny flung the old bikes madly round the trails with very little stopping time, then Martin, his son, shane and Adrian followed shortly behind, then the priestleys ensuring Molly-Anne had a great evening out.
I finished with the cycle over and back at 21.3 miles 1207 foot of ascent in 2 hours. So a great start to the MTB nocturnal events.
