I hope some club members & friends will join me on Easter Tuesday 2nd April (10am start) for a 40 mile cycle along the towpath from Newry - Portadown - Newry to raise funds for the Headway Brain Injury charity in Newry, this is the fundraising idea of my cousin Vincent Ward who was seriously injured while taking part in the 1998 maracycle.
Headway phone number in Newry is 02830833728 for anyone who would like a sponsor card.

It doesn't get easier you just get faster.....supposedly.
