Turned out to be a better morning than we expected as the griitters were out on the roads last night so we had agreed to go to Castleward for mtb.Shane barney mark colum coby and myself met at 9 whilst colum had a mechanical which took him donkeys to repair again...first time I had ever done this circuit in daylight. Fast down that back field again. Finished up about 11am .Very pleasant morning . Hopefully going out on roads tomorrow morning about 9.15 if anyone fancies it.

13 out today on our run Robin,Hayley,Brian,Damian, Sam,Sammy,Marty,Joe, Dylan, John, Max, Trevor and myself. We went across country ,Park Rd,Drumaness,Drumnaconnor,Listooder,Carsonstown, and on to Castle Espie where we had tea ,coffee and scones. We encountered some flat wheels on the way with Robin,Sam and Damian all puncturing. After tea we headed on round by Daft Eddies,Ringdufferin and home by Crossgar, by this time the fast group had disappeared out of sight. The rest of us headed on back to base and some of us retired to the club house for rehydration and recovery drinks. A very enjoyable days cycling and the weather turned out better than expected 58 miles on my clock when home.

Any thoughts on 2mro anyone. Have new set of snow chains ordered. C'wellan seems the most likely, for reasons of safety and self preservation lol

Or even Tollymore, if you have not been before? Myself, Hayley and Dylan were down at Castleward today. There is about 20 fallen trees accross the paths. My friend was in |Castlewellan today, he said trails were quite dangerous with the snow on them.
I think Tollymore would be wise choice tomorrow?
