Just a wee note to let all our cycling friends know that Paul Ireland was taken to hospital by ambulance with a ruptured appendix , dont no when,he text me from his hospital bed, so no cycling for him for a while and I am sure you would all like to join with me in wishing him a speedy recovery .

Just back from seeing Paul in Ulster Hospital, myself and Pat Davey went to see him. He is in good form but a bit sore ,has been there from Monday and he hopes to get home tomorrow.

Hi everyone! I got home from hosp on Friday evening. Patched up and sent on my way. Lying low for a few weeks but be back ASAP. Thanks for all your good wishes. They help keep the chin up. Thanks to Denis and Pat for their surprise visit. Good to see you both. Take care everyone. Hope the weather picks up to allow some cycling!!!! See you soon.  |
