Great morning in Castleward with myself, Coby, Shane and Adrian. The track was soft and wet with strong Southerly wind, but warm. Quick lap of Malard Wood for the warm up, then onto the normal run, under the tunnel and up to the courtyard for al fresco coffe and buns. Then some bright spark decided it was too early to go home - back down the hills and up caravan hill, with a net result of 2 flats and a most gracefull slow motion, 1 mph fall fom Shane. Ths was made all the more amusing as he talked us through the fall the whole way off. From there it was flat out round the track the wrong way and just because it was so much fun we did another quick lap of mallard wood. 25 km on the clock and home at 1 30. Great fun, thanks lads.

I represent that remark it was at least a 20mph full pelt graceful dismount !! well alright then it was as described, I blame the pedals !! ;D
