Anyone fancy trying the red route in Castlewellan trails tonight. It's an intermediate run which takes about 1 hr 45 mins with a few stops, technical but not overly. Really good fun and a good workout. for the record the record is 45 minutes but we might leave that for another day!
Meet in Castlewellan square at 1915 hrs?
Plenty of free parking and no charge into the park.

Great run tonight, six of us round the red trail in Castlewellan, the two John's, Mills and Flynn,Ollie,Cathal Kielty,Niall McK and myself,great night for cycling, all got round safe and sound if not a bit tired,i certainly was and also out of breath no spill or injuries which makes a change,John Flynn's legs need time to heal, covered in battle scars , he would not qualify for the pretty poly ad well thats another story for another day.
