Back to Castleward tonight,five out ,Niall McK, Shane,Adrian,Mark and myself good run on a good evening, 11 miles covered found it tough going no spills all got round safely with plenty of laughs at our joker Shane with all his jokes and stories worth listening to. He is out doing wee Joe of lately
